This is so simple. You’ll probably wonder why you didn’t think of this first. The easiest way to clean your microwave is to put water and white vinegar in a cup. Then turn on the microwave to heat them up. I’ve put water in the microwave before. The moisture helps make it easier to wipe things down, however, I haven’t added vinegar. The vinegar is the trick. While the moisture of the water helps, it still takes some scrubbing to get everything off. The addition of the vinegar breaks that final boundary. All the dirt wipes away with practically NO scrubbing. It’s amazing.
Note: I took before and after pictures but you couldn’t see a difference. Most of the dirt in my microwave was really light. It was juice from defrosting chicken, and some dried on splatter from the newest batch of tortilla soup I made.
